Private Client Accounts may include a complimentary branded webstore featuring a curated selection of approved products for your barn, team, or organization. Our team will work with you to select products that best suit your program, branding, and members.
Complimentary Setup
Complimentary webstore setup typically includes up to 12 products. Additional products and seasonal collections may be added based on the needs and activity of your store.
Keeping Your Store Current
Product availability, colors, sizing, and pricing may change from time to time. Our team may update or remove discontinued or unavailable products as needed.
Store Updates
We are happy to make reasonable updates to active webstores. Major store rebuilds, extensive product additions, or new branding may be subject to an update fee. Any applicable fee will always be discussed and approved before work begins.
Inactive Webstores
Webstores with no orders for 12 months may be archived to help keep our online stores current. Archived stores can be reactivated upon request. If significant product, pricing, or branding updates are required, an update fee may apply.
