We have recently made an update to how barn accounts are accessed on our website to improve performance and streamline the login experience.

What’s changed?

Previously, you could select your barn from a dropdown menu. This feature has been removed.

How to log in now:

• Enter your barn name manually in the login field
  
• Enter your password as usual
  
• Click log in
  

Important tips:

• Please ensure your barn name is entered exactly as it was set up (including spacing and spelling)
  
• If you are unsure of your barn name, please reach out and we are happy to assist
  
• Saved logins in your browser may still work, but you may need to re-enter your details the first time
  

Why the change?

This update helps improve site speed, reliability, and overall user experience especially for customers accessing accounts across multiple devices.
